  • In appropriate consumer transactions, a withdrawal notification can be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product should be unused, if possible, complete and securely packaged.
  • The right of withdrawal may not apply to personalized products and products falling under the exceptions in the legislation.
  • Retain packaging and product photos for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Do not send the product to a different address or with charges reversed without prior approval.

Right of withdrawal and refund

In distance sales, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery. Rights arising from applicable legislation are reserved.

Condition of the item to be returned

The product must be unused, complete, and securely packaged, other than for reasonable inspection. If the original packaging is available, it is recommended to preserve it.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are custom-made, have their hygiene protection removed, or are considered exceptions in legislation.

How do I create a return request?

  1. Open the form.
  2. Enter the order and product information.
  3. State the reason for the request.
  4. Await shipping instructions.

Packaging and shipping

Package the product in a way that it will not be damaged during transport. The shipping address and shipping method will be shared in the application response.

Damaged, wrong, or missing product

Keep photos showing the packaging, shipping label, and product. If possible, create a carrier report.

Review and refund

Accepted returns are initiated to the payment method used, whenever possible. The reflection of a PayTR refund on the card may vary by bank.

Exchange requests

Exchanges depend on stock, variation, and price difference. If there is no suitable stock, a refund and new order method may be suggested.
