Who can apply for B2B?
Architects, interior designers, design studios, hotels, restaurants, offices, stores and corporate purchasing teams with professional project needs or bulk purchasing requirements can apply.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no single guaranteed minimum order quantity. Minimum quantities depend on the product, available stock, production method and any customisation requirements, and are confirmed at the proposal stage.
How is corporate pricing determined?
Pricing is prepared for each project based on the product, quantity, production method, customisation, packaging and delivery requirements.
Are custom sizes or colours available?
Alternative dimensions, colours, finishes or materials may be available for eligible products and makers. Technical feasibility and production conditions are confirmed at the proposal stage.
Can I request samples?
Samples or material swatches may be considered where the product and maker’s working arrangements allow. Feasibility and any associated costs are shared during the proposal process.
How are delivery lead times determined?
Lead times depend on order quantities, stock availability, production capacity, customisation and delivery destination. The confirmed date is provided in the approved proposal and production schedule.
Do you deliver outside Türkiye?
International delivery requests are assessed separately based on the product, destination country, logistics and applicable delivery conditions. Simply specify your delivery location in the form.
Can you deliver to multiple locations?
Multi-location or phased deliveries can be assessed on a project basis. The number of addresses, allocation of products and logistics requirements are confirmed at the proposal stage.
What information do I need to request a quote?
To get started, please provide your company and contact details, project type, location, product categories of interest, approximate quantities, budget, target delivery date and a short project brief.
Can architects and interior designers join the Professional Programme?
Yes. You can apply to the Professional Programme for professional project work. The Drag&Drop team reviews applications according to the project and scope of collaboration.
